Terms of Service

The service. Triune Intelligence is a business operating platform provided by Triune Dynamic. Access is by subscription per the plan your organisation selects.

Accounts. Your organisation’s owner controls accounts, roles and access levels. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use. No unlawful content, no attempts to circumvent access controls, no abuse of AI features, no resale of the service without written agreement.

AI outputs. AI-generated drafts (proposals, summaries, analyses) are starting points. You are responsible for verifying facts, figures and compliance claims before relying on or submitting them.

Your data. Your organisation owns the data it enters. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability & liability. We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination. Either party may end the subscription at the end of a billing period. On termination, owners may request an export of their data within 30 days.
