Privacy Policy

What we collect. Account details (name, email, role), data your organisation enters into the platform (clients, projects, risks, tenders, grants, proposals, tasks, knowledge articles), sign-in activity, and contact-form enquiries.

How we use it. Solely to operate the platform for your organisation: authentication, role-based access, AI features and audit. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

AI processing. The AI Assistant and Proposal Generator send relevant workspace data to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate responses. That data is filtered by your role first and is not used to train models.

Security. Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes. Access is governed by a zero-trust role hierarchy, sessions are signed and short-lived, and sensitive actions are recorded in an immutable audit trail.

Storage. Data is hosted on Vercel infrastructure with a managed Postgres database. Backups follow the hosting provider’s retention policies.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via the contact page. Organisation owners control their workspace data directly.
